Private Group Tours
Custom-designed tours for corporate groups, visiting delegations, academic programs, or private celebrations. We tailor the route, content, and duration to your group's interests and schedule.

Request a Service
Booking Process
After you submit a request, we will contact you within two business days to discuss your needs and schedule. For tours, we recommend booking at least two weeks in advance during peak season.
Payment Terms
Consultations and tours require payment at time of booking. Research and documentation projects require a 50% deposit, with the balance due upon completion. We accept major credit cards and e-transfer.
Cancellation Policy
Tours may be cancelled with full refund up to 48 hours in advance. Consultation cancellations within 24 hours incur a CAD $75 fee. Research projects in progress are billed for work completed.
