Service Bookings and Payments
Booking Confirmation
All service requests are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed when you receive written confirmation from us via email.
Payment Terms
Payment terms vary by service type:
- Walking tours require full payment at time of booking
- Consultations require payment at time of booking
- Research and documentation projects require a 50% deposit, with the balance due upon completion
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Walking tours: Full refund if cancelled 48 hours or more before the scheduled start time
- Consultations: A CAD $75 fee applies for cancellations within 24 hours
- Research projects: Payment for work completed to date is non-refundable
